This Fire Curtain has been gravity and cycle tested before going in to the furnace for over 4 hours.
The furnace reached temperatures in excess of 1162 degrees and is an important part of the testing towards BS8524 completion.

This is a picture of the Fire Curtain that will protect your premises. It is tested to withhold a fire for 4 Hours 30 Minutes at 1200 degrees, It is tested for Smoke Leakage for 4 Hours 30 Minutes and to withhold heat for 77 minutes.

We have developed our fire curtain so it has no ugly brush strips in the side guides or box housing, these strips not only come loose in time preventing the curtain from operating but totally disintegrate when a fire starts so giving no smoke protection at all.
Our bottom rail unlike our competitors that hang unsightly down from the ceiling is designed to travel in to the box leaving the bottom rail flush with the underside of box. This makes it almost invisible and cosmetically very acceptable in a domestic dwelling.
